Our engineering support goes beyond design support. We also have prototype capability to assist our customers R&D objectives. Our prototype capability can vary from developing features on a part or developing completed parts for build or test analysis. Prototype quantities can also vary from one part to many parts depending on your requirements.
Prototype programs can be quoted by the part or by the total program. If you're confident about the program going production, we can also quote prototype tooling to be used in the production die minimizing the overall cost of the prototype and production tooling cost.
Our design capability utilizes cad systems to create prototype parts and respective tooling. This allows us to expedite programs toward mass production status. Our cad systems use CADMAX and PRO-E software that provides a comprehensive analysis of material flow and efficient tool design with tremendous flexibility for the development of prototype parts. CNC equipment is also utilized during the prototype stages to provide the required accuracy and flexibility in the development of prototype parts. Whether we are building tooling or machining parts, programs can easily be modified during the development process of the prototype part.
