We are hiring for 3rd shift. (1 Opening)

Responsibilities consist of: on the bench maintenance, process troubleshooting, adjustment and repair of progressive and transfer dies which produce stampings in metal forming equipment.

Draw dies, forming dies, theory and practical application of transfers, practical application of strips, theory and guidelines for die clearance on cutting tools .

Understanding and application of shear and shear angles, proper procedure involved in re-pinning a die section, strippers, knockouts, standoffs and their functions.  

Blueprint interpretation and basic shop math skills; we can also teach you how to read blueprints if you do not currently have this skill.

Stamping Operator

We are hiring for 2nd & 3rd shift.

A Stamping Operator creates metal stamped parts through automated press equipment and also processes parts through a secondary operation to further increase the part value.

This position requires being able to work around equipment safely with a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality of the parts being processed.

Being open to using and learning the computer software is very helpful.

The Stamping Operator is responsible for making good parts at an efficient rate. Good attendance is required.

Weld/MachineOperator

Weld Machine Assembly is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, dependable team members to operate production machines which include resistance welding, assembly, fastening, riveting, orbit forming.

These individuals will be required to run good quality parts, achieve required rates, and be a team player.
